1. Introduction

Welcome to Metaphor. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Services

Metaphor provides a range of design services, including but not limited to branding, logo design, book cover design, and printed material design. All services are subject to these terms and conditions.

3. Quotations and Payments

All quotations provided by Metaphor are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before commencement of any work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the delivery of final files. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.

4. Revisions and Approvals

Metaphor allows up to three rounds of revisions for each project. Any additional revisions will be subject to an extra charge. Final approval from the client is required before the delivery of any completed work. Once approved, any further changes will incur additional costs.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, Metaphor grants the client ownership of the final design files. Metaphor retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, website, and other promotional materials. Any preliminary designs or concepts remain the property of Metaphor.

6. Confidentiality

Both Metaphor and the client agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the project. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial information, and personal data.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination by the client, Metaphor will retain the deposit, and the client will be responsible for payment of any work completed beyond the deposit amount. Metaphor reserves the right to terminate a project if the client breaches these terms and conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Metaphor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability under any circumstances shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Metaphor operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Metaphor reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
