Working closely with the Hannari team, we embarked on a journey to craft a brand identity that pays homage to the storied history of sushi while simultaneously paving a path towards the future. Every design choice – from the logo’s brush strokes to the interior’s muted tones and the tactile quality of their menus – was made with a profound respect for tradition, yet with a forward-looking gaze.
